Trevor and Dilene Boyd
Both Chefs Dilene & Trevor Boyd have a proven record of accomplishment of culinary excellence with many accolades and achievements collected during their illustrious careers, in addition to working at some of the most renowned and auspicious hotels and restaurants in SA.
Both were long-time members of Culinary Team SA, winning several medals, including Gold, in the various international competitions in which they participated, amongst them the Culinary Olympics held in Erfurt, Germany in 2003 and 2008.
Chef Trevor, in addition, was also the Team Captain for many years and had also served extensively on the SACA Executive Board.
Chef Dilene had also excelled in her personal capacity, winning many individual competitions, including the Unilever Chef of the Year and By Invitation Only 2010.
Chef Dilene is also widely accredited as one of the leading pastry chefs in South Africa and a true master in this capacity.
