Full Time and Part Time*

This 18-month program teaches the learner the fundamentals of cooking, baking and patisserie techniques, with additional content that will equip the learner with the necessary skills, knowledge and culinary capacities to successfully enter the industry as an entry-level patisserie chef (apprentice patisserie chef).

All learners will complete 5-6 months actual industry time at one of SA CHEFS TRAINING & INNOVATION ACADEMY’s quality approved industry partners to hone their patisserie skills and also to adapt and accustom themselves to the patisserie chef’s lifestyle and operational function.

On successful completion of this program, learners will have the option to progress directly onto the Salon de Patisserie program.
